Effective presenting tools and simple agenda

With their meeting packs comprising of up to 400 pages, trustees would find it very hard to read and annotate these documents on paper, Dropbox, or email format. Presenters can control other participants screens during the meeting, meaning that everyone can follow the topic of discussion easily.
