Uploading documents to the Convene Document Library is an easy process. Multiple documents can be uploaded at one time for convenience. All your documents are protected with AES 256-bit encryption.
Organise documents into folders and subfolders for easy management. Document versioning and archiving are also supported in the Document Library, as well as disposal policies which can also be set on a folder, subfolder, or individual document level.
Using Role-Based Access controls, Directors can be assured that only authorised parties are able to access confidential files and folders. This is dependent on the access control permissions set by the Administrator which can once again be set on a folder, subfolder, or individual document level.
