Today we hosted yet another successful webinar, this time choosing to focus on the past year’s events in housing and ESG. 2022 has been an exciting year of developments, the SRS reached over 100 members, as well as recently began consultations on its version 2.0, and on a more personal note, Convene began development and launched our newest product Convene ESG.

We discussed what we had learnt from our customers and from those who attended our conferences this year on the challenges of the SRS and other ESG reporting systems. From the time consuming management of the SRS Spreadsheet to the need to collect data throughout the year to help spot issues earlier on, Convene ESG can help you at every step of the way.

2023 will also bring in new challenges, including how to report on Scope 3 emissions and how to sustainably build new homes. The SRS can help massively with this as it allows for a collaborative effort amongst other Housing Associations. Convene ESG is working on assisting you with these problems by creating a Carbon Calculator and ensuring our “best practices” library is regularly updated.

We know that this year has been tough, especially considering the fuel poverty and housing crisis we are currently faced with, but we hope that ESG can be way forward in developing better strategies.

How Can Convene ESG Help You?

Convene, working with our vast number of Housing Industry clients, have developed a new software tool, Convene ESG to help you produce the best ESG and SRS reports possible. By simplifying and automating much of the process, you can be sure that your ESG report building runs smoothly, so you can focus on developing your sustainable strategies.

With Convene ESG, you can develop a collaborative workflow, assigning certain sections of the ESG or SRS report to the required people. Once all the sections are filled in, Convene ESG will produce a formatted Word Document ready for you to publish!

Convene ESG also has a built-in comparison feature, which allows you to compare against competitors' formatting of their publicly accessible reports, and their results! This will help the whole of the housing sector develop the best reports possible!

As a software provider already trusted by 100s of housing organisations, including Orbit Housing, you can trust us to provide you with dedicated service.

If you’d like to learn more, you can read about our early adopters here, or contact us for a free demo. Also keep an eye on our LinkedIn and Instagram as we will be scheduling more free webinars soon!
